NailInterviews.ai ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

2. Audio Data: We Never Store It

🔒 Audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We never store, save, record, or replay your audio. Period.

Audio from your microphone and system is streamed directly to our transcription service for real-time processing. The audio stream is transient. Once processed, it is immediately discarded. No audio files are ever written to disk on our servers or any third-party storage.

3. What We Collect

Account Information

Email address, authentication data (via Google OAuth or email/password). Stored securely in our database.

Billing Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full credit card number. We only store a customer reference ID for subscription management.

Usage Metrics

We track aggregate usage data (credits used, session counts) to manage your subscription tier. We do not track or store the content of your transcriptions or AI responses on our servers.

User-Provided Context

Resume text, job descriptions, system prompts, and vocabulary that you upload in the app settings. This data is stored locally on your device and sent to AI providers only during active sessions.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Audio recordings of any kind
  • Transcription text (processed in real-time, not stored)
  • AI conversation history (exists only in your local session)
  • Screen capture images (processed locally and sent transiently to AI)
  • Browsing activity outside of our Service

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate, including:

  • Authentication and user data storage
  • PCI DSS compliant payment processing
  • Real-time audio transcription (audio is not stored)
  • AI response generation (queries are not stored by us)
  • Cloud infrastructure hosting

All providers are selected for their commitment to data minimization, security, and user privacy.

6. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL. Authentication tokens are managed securely through our authentication provider. We follow industry best practices for securing our infrastructure, including restricted access controls, firewall rules, and regular security audits.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Correct: Update or correct your account information
  • Export: Request your data in a portable format
