Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital service

NailInterviews is a software subscription delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped; your plan is active on your account as soon as payment succeeds.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard - no email or call needed
• No further payments are taken after you cancel
• You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free

3. Refunds

• Email support within 48 hours of a charge to request a refund
• Requests are reviewed case by case, and we reply within 2 business days
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days
• A full refund ends the subscription and its paid access immediately

4. Plan changes

USD upgrades are prorated automatically. INR upgrades start a new subscription at the full price, and the previous plan's unused days are not credited.
