1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NailInterviews.ai ("the Service"), including our desktop application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NailInterviews.ai provides an AI-powered interview preparation tool that offers real-time audio transcription, AI-generated response suggestions, and screen capture analysis. The Service is intended to help users prepare for and practice interviews.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Cheat on academic examinations, certification tests, or any proctored assessments
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

The Service is designed as an interview preparation and practice tool. You are solely responsible for how you use the AI-generated suggestions and responses.

4. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. NailInterviews.ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. One account per person. Credential sharing is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Free tier: 100 one-time credits, no credit card required
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds: Contact support within 48 hours of a charge for refund requests. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Upgrades: Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated. Your existing plan credit is automatically applied

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses are suggestions only and should not be treated as professional advice. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI responses may contain errors and that you use them at your own risk and discretion.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Audio is processed in real-time and never stored on our servers. We do not record, save, or replay your audio sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by NailInterviews.ai. You retain ownership of any content you provide (resume, job descriptions, notes). We do not claim any rights over your uploaded content.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAILINTERVIEWS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to credential sharing, abuse of the Service, or any activity that disrupts other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service.
